Cut-Out

With a cut out we mark the area to be removed with a straight chalk line, than cut asphalt with an asphalt saw. We than remove existing asphalt and dispose of for recycling, and pick up state approved asphalt mix and bring to your site. We prep patches by re raking the base, tamping to a hard surface. Then we shovel appropriate amount, rake to appropriate grade and height. Then we compact asphalt to get proper density of patched area. Cut outs are the most thorough repair, and the most successful.

Skim Patching

When skim patching is done we mark all areas, and thoroughly clean them with high power blowers and brooms. Then we use tack coat to outline and fill marked areas. We shovel hot asphalt mix into patch and rake to appropriate grade and height. Then we compact the asphalt. Skim patching is the cheapest patching to do but often needs more repair done in time.
